About
Town of Pecos City Comprehensive Safety Action Plan
Our goal is simple — to make our streets safer for everyone who lives, works, and travels here. With support from the U.S. Department of Transportation, Pecos developed a Comprehensive Safety Action Plan to reduce serious injuries and fatalities on our roads.
This plan guides future safety improvements, including the installation of safer crosswalks, enhanced lighting, clearer signage, and more accessible routes for drivers, pedestrians, and cyclists.
We’ve combined data, community input, and local partnerships to build safer, more connected streets for all. Your voice matters — join us in shaping a safer future for Pecos!
